Everything Belongs To God
Kingdom finances is the right perspective that everything belongs to God, and that we should faithfully steward His money with eternity in mind. Psalm 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.”

How does the idea that everything belongs to God shape how you think about money?
What about how you pray?
We Should Faithfully Steward His Money
Luke 16:10-12 says, “One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest, in much. If then you have not been faithful in the unrighteous wealth, who will entrust to you the true riches? And if you have not been faithful in that which is another’s, who will give you that which is your own?”
(see also: Mark 12:41-44; Matthew 25:21-23)
How do you know what a faithful steward would spend God’s money on?
If someone saw your banking account, would they think of you as a faithful steward of God’s money?
Why or why not?
Live With Eternity In Mind
Matthew 6:19-21 says, “Do no lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroy and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
(see also: Matthew 19:21; Luke 12:21; Luke 12:33-34; Luke 18:22; Hebrews 13:5)
In light of eternity – does anything about how you give, save, and spend need to change?
HOW CAN YOU RESPOND?
It’s One Thing To Know About Kingdom Finances. It’s Another Thing To Apply It To Your Life
Prayerfully make a budget.
Share your budget with someone, explaining the “why” for each line item.
If you need to better identify where your money is going, living on a cash only budget may help.
